1.Integrated Floor Rail Transfer Network: Installed embedded ground rails spanning across all bays, enabling seamless lateral movement of vehicles from prep to curing without needing engine startup.
2.Overhead Rail-Mounted Infrared Baking Units: Fitted dual-axis ceiling-suspended shortwave IR lamps that slide smoothly along tracks to target specific panels for instant curing.
3.Ceiling Power Towers (Utility Hubs): Deployed overhead suspended service hubs supplying electricity, pneumatic lines, and central vacuum extraction directly to operator tools.
4.Enclosed Isolation with Panoramic Folding Doors: Designed full-height tempered glass front folding doors and inner motorized soft curtains to create flexible, dust-sealed compartments for each workstation.
5.Sub-Floor Downdraft Exhaust System: Built full-grating floor extraction ducts linked to roof-mounted air management filtration units to capture overspray and airborne particulates instantly.
