Overview Maintain perfect spraying conditions regardless of the weather outside. The CoatTech Air Supply Unit (ASU/AMU) captures raw outdoor air, filters it to remove contaminants, and heats it to your precise application temperature. This unit is essential for creating positive pressure inside the booth, which pushes dust out of cracks and ensures a clean, debris-free finish.

  • Instant Direct Heating: Utilizes a direct-fired gas burner system (98% thermal efficiency) placed directly in the airstream for immediate temperature control during cold winters.

  • Intelligent Pressure Balance: Automatic damper actuators and VFDs modulate airflow to maintain a slight positive pressure (+5 Pa) inside the cabin.

  • Clean Room Standards: A multi-barrier filtration bank (G4 + F7) ensures that all air entering the paint shop is free of pollen, dust, and insects.

  • Season Switch: Summer/Winter bypass mode allows you to circulate fresh air without heating during warmer months to save fuel.
