Overview:

The flagship "TD" models represent the pinnacle of curing technology. These units are identical to the professional series but include integrated Temperature and Distance Sensors. This smart system monitors the surface temperature of the paint and the distance of the lamp to prevent burning, ensuring a perfect finish every time.

Working Principle Summary

Upon activation, the burner generates intense fluorescent heat through a thermal energy converter, while a fan draws in and filters external air; this air is heated via energy exchange and directed to the top of the baking chamber for secondary filtration. Once the preset temperature is reached, the burner stops, and the fan shuts down after a 15-minute delay; the system reactivates automatically if the temperature falls below the threshold to maintain consistent heat. The entire process terminates automatically after the set baking duration, completing the paint finishing cycle.
