The Challenge


Elite Auto Collision Center, a premium auto repair facility in Nigeria, was facing severe workflow bottlenecks. Their legacy spray booth featured a standard two-row grating system, which led to poor air circulation in the corners of the cabin. This caused paint dust to settle on freshly coated vehicles, requiring extensive post-paint polishing. Additionally, their outdated heating system took over 15 minutes to reach curing temperatures, slowing down daily output and increasing energy costs.


The Solution


Our engineering team recommended the installation of our Pro-Series Conventional Spray Booth, customized in a striking green finish. The critical upgrade was the implementation of a 300mm elevated basement with 100% full-grid galvanized steel floor.

This allowed for a flawless, uniform downdraft velocity of 0.30 m/s across the entire workspace. We also integrated an Italian-engineered Riello G20 diesel burner and a multi-stage filtration system equipped with an active carbon module to meet Singapore's strict urban emission standards.


The Results

2.Increased Efficiency: The high-performance heating system cut baking ramp-up time down to just 5 minutes, allowing the shop to process 3 additional vehicles per day (a 30% increase in throughput).


3.Enhanced Visibility: The upgrade to 48 ultra-bright LED tubes (>1000 Lux) provided shadow-free illumination, ensuring perfect color matching for complex pearl and metallic finishes.
