The new CoatTech Spray Booth sets a new industry standard through several key innovations:
1.100% Food-Grade Construction: The entire internal structure and contact surfaces are crafted from premium SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring compliance with the strictest international food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
2.Automated Clean-In-Place (CIP) System: This is the centerpiece of the innovation. Understanding that chocolate and cocoa butter solidify quickly and are notoriously difficult to clean, the booth features a fully automated, integrated hot-water CIP system. High-pressure rotary spray balls ensure thorough cleaning of all internal walls, corners, and the water curtain trough without requiring manual intervention, dramatically reducing downtime and guaranteeing sanitation.
3.Superior Airflow & Overspray Management: The booth features a robust, uniform exhaust system paired with an active water curtain, effectively capturing overspray and airborne particulate, thereby protecting the product quality and maintaining a clean, safe working environment for staff.
