The baking system operates by activating the burner to generate intense fluorescent heat through the thermal energy converter. External air is filtered by the fan and combined with the converter's heat for energy exchange, then delivered to the baking chamber's top for secondary filtration. When reaching preset temperature, the burner stops and the fan shuts down after 15 minutes. The system automatically reactivates both components when temperature drops below threshold to maintain constant heat. Upon completing the set baking duration, the system automatically terminates, completing the paint finishing process.
