GUANGZHOU, China — October 8, 2026 — CoatTech Intelligent Equipment (Guangzhou) CO., LTD today returned to full production, engineering and shipping capacity following the National Day holiday. Sales, process engineering, fabrication, quality inspection and export logistics are all operating on full schedule from today.
We begin this quarter with more coating projects on our engineering desks than at any point this year: layout proposals, budgetary quotations and process designs for clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Southeast Asia.
We would rather be straightforward about what that means. A proposal from CoatTech is not copied from a catalogue. Each one is drawn against the customer's actual workpiece, floor plan and target output — and that takes engineering hours. With the current volume, some proposals are taking a little longer than usual to return.
Rather than reply faster with something generic, we have published a clear response commitment:
If your project runs on a fixed deadline, tell us the date when you write. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it. We do not promise dates we cannot hold.
One supplier, one responsibility. Process design, fabrication, containerised delivery, installation drawings and remote commissioning are handled by a single team. When a finishing defect appears, there is no argument about whose equipment is at fault.
Engineering depth, not a catalogue. Overhead and floor-rail conveyor coating lines, multi-stage spray pretreatment tunnels, custom spray booths, retractable painting enclosures, powder coating lines and industrial curing ovens — designed and built around the workpiece, not assembled from standard modules.
Our own manufacturing base. Our fabrication workshop is supported by our specialised ventilation manufacturing subsidiary, Kejun Ventilation Equipment (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., giving us direct control over airflow systems, ducting and filtration — the parts that decide whether a booth performs or merely looks the part.
CE-compliant construction. Equipment is engineered to the electrical and safety standards of the destination market, and shipped containerised with full installation documentation.
Proven across markets. CoatTech lines are operating in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Southeast Asia — on drill pipe internal coating, transformer tanks, structural steelwork, aluminium profiles and clean-room paint facilities.
Standard configurations ship 15 days after deposit; custom-engineered lines are quoted with a project-specific schedule. To secure delivery before the year-end shutdown period, we recommend confirming your order and deposit during October.
Send us your workpiece drawings, target daily output and floor plan. We will return a process layout and a budgetary proposal — and we will tell you clearly what we can deliver, and by when.
