The client required a simple, reliable powder coating line to process heavy-duty AHU water tanks (up to3,800X 450X2,600mm and weighing up to300kg with a target daily output of approximate 200 pieces over a 12-hour shift. Rather than pushing expensive fully automated systems, CoatTech engineered an optimized semi-automated layout tailored precisely to the client’s production rhythm.

1.4-Stage Pretreatment Layout: Compact setup covering Degreasing, Rinsing, Phosphating, and Final Rinsing to ensure optimal surface adhesion for large sheet metal components.
2.Energy-Efficient Drying & Curing: Dedicated dewatering oven post-washing, paired with a high-efficiency infrared curing oven designed for quick ramp-up temperatures and low energy consumption.
3.Flexible Workpiece Transfer: Integrated ground track trolley system allowings smoothy, manual/electric transport of heavy water tanks directly into the powder booth and batch ovens, reducing maintenance costs while maintaining high handling safety.
