Our client required a coating solution for sensitive components where even a microscopic dust particle could result in a product failure. Their previous manual batch process was causing:

Integrated Curing Tunnels: The line features fully enclosed IR/UV curing tunnels with top-mounted filtration units to maintain positive pressure and keep contaminants out.

Smart Assembly Integration: The parallel conveyor layout allows for seamless transition from coating to inspection and packing without the parts ever leaving the clean environment.
The Result: A Flawless Finish
Following the installation, the client has reported a 99.5% First-Pass Yield rate, drastically reducing scrap costs. The bright, ergonomic, and dust-free environment has also improved operator satisfaction and safety.
