A standout feature of the new configuration is the integrated Paint Mixing Room. Positioned immediately adjacent to the main spray cabin, the mixing room is separated by a large-scale transparent safety glass partition.
This design choice dramatically improves operational synchronization. Color matching and paint preparation remain safely isolated to contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), while the full-glass partition maintains a visual connection between the mixing technician and the spray operator. This seamless interaction reduces downtime and fosters a collaborative, engaging atmosphere for the entire team.
