As the weekend approaches, our engineering team at CoatTech Intelligent Equipment is deep in active collaboration with our client's engineering specialists.
Together, we are fine-tuning the comprehensive technical layout and design parameters for a state-of-the-art BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Container Painting Line.
This project represents a major step forward in automated industrial finishing, tailored specifically to meet the rigorous demands of large-scale energy storage manufacturing.
The project is currently in an active optimization phase, with both engineering teams working closely to review layout configurations, thermal efficiencies, and process workflows.
1.Workpiece Dimensions: Designed to accommodate standard large-scale structures at L6058 × W2438 × H2591 (mm).
2.Load Capacity: Engineered for maximum workpiece weights up to 2500 kg using robust pull box chain conveyance.
3.Production Rhythm: Targeting an optimized production beat of 20 sets per 12 hours.
4.Thermal & Environmental Systems: Integrating natural gas heating furnaces (with high-temperature curing zones reaching up to 220°C) alongside advanced multi-stage waste gas treatments, combining dry filtration, activated carbon desorption, catalytic combustion, and RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidation) technologies.

Designing a high-performance coating and curing line for BESS containers requires balancing multiple complex factors:
1.Precision Spatial Planning: Integrating automated sanding, multi-stage primer/intermediate/topcoat spraying booths (complete with internal cavity robots and reciprocating machines), and cooling chambers into a seamless sequence.
2.Strict Environmental Compliance: Ensuring high-efficiency VOC treatment systems handle high-volume exhaust effectively while maintaining strict energy-saving standards.
3.Rigorous Quality Control: Incorporating dedicated post-processing stations, such as automated stamping areas and rainfall test chambers, to guarantee container water tightness and structural durability in outdoor environments.

Our iterative design process remains ongoing as we push for the highest standards of operational efficiency and coating quality. Stay tuned for further updates as this advanced manufacturing solution moves closer to finalization.
