The installation, captured in our recent site photos, is engineered to support flawless coating applications for car,heavy machinery, automotive components, and aviation parts while maximizing operational safety and workflow efficiency.

Key Features of the New Installation:

1.Dedicated Paint Mixing Room (Left Cabin): A fully isolated, clean-room-level preparation area equipped with specialized multi-tier shelving for precise paint storage and mixing. It includes a dedicated technical workbench for accurate colorant measurement, ensuring that highly volatile materials are handled in a secure, ventilated, and contamination-free environment before application.

2.Heavy-Duty Spray Booth (Right Cabin): The primary coating chamber is designed for heavy industrial use, featuring a robust steel floor ramp that allows for the smooth and safe transfer of heavy components directly into the workspace.

3.Maximum Visibility: Both cabins utilize full-length, multi-fold transparent glass doors, allowing facility managers to seamlessly monitor the mixing and coating processes without compromising the internal environment.

4.Optimized Illumination: High-intensity, shadowless ceiling LED lighting ensures technical operators have perfect visual clarity for high-precision preparation and paint jobs.
