Multiple Industrial Batch Curing Ovens Completed at CoatTech Factory — Ready for Q4 Shipment
01 Guidance
Guangzhou, China — October 14, 2026 — CoatTech Intelligent Equipment (Guangzhou) CO., LTD has completed a batch of industrial curing ovens at its fabrication workshop. The units are now undergoing final inspection and pre-shipment preparation before container loading.
The ovens were built for powder coating cure, liquid paint drying and general thermal processing, configured to the individual requirements of each destination — chamber dimensions, heating medium and control level specified per order rather than pulled from a fixed catalogue.

02 What leaves The workshop
Each unit is delivered as a completed, tested assembly rather than a kit of parts:
Dual swing doors fitted with high-temperature viewing windows, red high-temperature sealing strip and multiple compression latches
Chamber built in stainless steel with a ceiling air distribution grille and floor-level return vents, creating a vertical circulation path rather than allowing hot air to stratify at the top
Heating configured to the customer's available utility — natural gas, diesel, electric, or steam or thermal oil heat exchanger
Panel-mounted temperature controller with soak timer and digital display
Standard protection: over-temperature cut-out, fan interlock so the heater cannot run without circulation, door interlock and emergency stop
Heavy-duty steel feet, so most workshops need no poured foundation
Every unit is run through a commissioning cycle before it leaves the factory. Site work is then limited to positioning, connecting utilities and repeating that cycle — which is why installation on the customer's side typically takes days rather than weeks.

Lead Time and Delivery
Standard configurations ship 15 days after deposit. Custom-engineered lines are quoted with a project-specific schedule.
With the fourth quarter now under way, CoatTech is booking production slots for shipments intended to arrive before the year-end shutdown period. Customers with a fixed installation date are advised to confirm order and deposit during October. Indicative transit times from our factory are approximately 7–15 days to Southeast Asia, 20–25 days to the Middle East and 30–40 days to Europe by sea.
This batch follows the announcement on 8 October that CoatTech had returned to full production and engineering capacity after the National Day holiday, with enquiry volume at its highest level this year.
