Faced with demanding industrial production targets and Russia’s notoriously challenging climate, the client required a reliable, ultra-durable coating environment. CoatTech’s engineering team worked hand-in-hand with the client to customize every aspect of the booth—from thermal retention to airflow dynamic optimization—ensuring flawless performance even during extreme cold snaps.

Built for the Cold: Engineering Highlights of the First Unit

The first delivered booth is a high-performance, heavy-duty painting and baking enclosure specifically designed for rugged, continuous operation. Key features include:

1.Thermal Resilience: Equipped with a powerful Riello 40F20 diesel burner delivering 202 kW of heating capacity, combined with 50mm high-density EPS sandwich insulation wall panels to maintain steady 20–22°C spraying and 50–80°C baking temperatures.

2.High-Efficiency Airflow & Draft: Powered by a 20,000 m³/h turbo air supply fan and a 10,000 m³/h centrifugal exhaust fan, utilizing an under-base draft ventilation design for superior overspray extraction.

3.Advanced Multi-Stage Filtration: A 4-stage dry filtration system (G3 initial, F5 ceiling, G3 glass fiber, and activated carbon) ensuring clean exhaust and ultra-smooth finishing results.

With the successful rollout of this initial unit, CoatTech is already preparing for the next phase of the collaboration. The upcoming three spray booths will feature distinct dimension and power configurations tailored to different specialized coating lines within the client's facilities in Russia.
