Specially engineered for massive high load-bearing capacity, this cart provides smooth, tact-operation transport, positioning oversized workpieces precisely within the coating zone.
Flanking the bay, and seen in elevated red operator cabs, are dual three-axis personnel lifts (man lifts). These wall-mounted lifts provide painters with dynamic 3D mobility (X, Y, and Z axes), enabling safe, ergonomic access to every angle of oversized machinery, completely removing the need for traditional scaffolding.
The advanced booth structure itself, shown in detail, is optimized for large-scale operations:
1.Optimal Airflow & Filtration: The expansive ceiling plenum features high-capacity filtration for optimal airflow. Working in concert with cross-draft capabilities and side ventilation (the windows and vents), this system ensures superior overspray control and a clean, safe working environment.
2.Precision and Quality: Every component, including the heavy structural members, is constructed utilizing precision CNC laser cutting and automated robotic welding to ensure maximum airtightness and structural integrity for decades of operation. High-intensity, evenly distributed explosion-proof LED lighting on the side panels ensures shadow-free paint application.
