The spray booth's air unit installation includes air inlet from the side and exhaust from the rear, utilizing

square tube welding and an aluminum tee frame with white paint and high-strength machine-made 20mm

thick rock wool board masks. This design ensures efficient airflow management, maintaining clean air

within the booth and removing contaminants. The robust air unit installation supports the optimal operation

of the spray booth, enhancing the overall painting quality.

The large-size automobile spray booth is designed to meet diverse needs with top-notch technical specifications

and adaptable features. The interior dimensions are 6900 × 3900 × 2650 mm (L × W × H),(COULD BE CUSTOMIZED)

while the exterior measures 7000 × 5350 × 3400 mm (L × W × H). (COULD BE CUSTOMIZED)The sturdy basement

features galvanized sheet bending hoarding, supported by square tubes and a floor grille, ensuring an overall load-bearing

capacity of 2.4T, adjustable as needed.

The main front door, 3000 × 2600mm (W×H), has three leaves with square tempered glass windows and EPS filling.

An additional working door, sized 800×2000mm (W×H), includes a pressure lock and observation window.

The booth’s EPS wall panels and galvanized sheet roof provide robust insulation, with optional materials available.

The lighting system delivers over 1000Lux with 32 top and 16 waist LED lamps. The air unit efficiently manages

intake and exhaust, aided by a Riello RG5S burner for optimal heating. The comprehensive filtration system ensures

a clean working environment, while the electronic control system offers precise operational control. Total power
