• Precise Temperature Management: The system is designed to maintain a constant preset temperature. It achieves this by automatically deactivating the heater when the target is reached and reactivating it if the temperature falls below a set threshold.

• Two-Stage Air Filtration & Circulation: The process air is thoroughly cleaned in two stages: first, the external intake air is filtered before being heated, and second, the heated air undergoes secondary filtration before entering the baking chamber.

• Efficient Heat Generation & Exchange: Intense heat is generated by a burner and thermal energy converter. This heat is then efficiently transferred to the filtered incoming air via an energy exchange process.

• Post-Heating Stabilization Phase: After the target temperature is met, the system includes a 15-minute stabilization period where the fan continues to run without active heating to ensure uniform temperature and conditions throughout the chamber.
