1. Structural Design & Dimensions
Spacious Work Area: Offers a substantial internal workspace measuring 15,000 mm (L) × 5,000 mm (W) × 5,000 mm (H).
Sturdy Construction: Built with a 70mm thick EPS sandwich panel wall and a 50mm thick EPS roof panel (with rock wool or PU options available), finished with 0.426mm white color steel and sealed steel edges.
Accessibility: Features a large 4-leaf main access door (4,000 x 4,600mm) and two standard working doors (800 x 2,000mm) with observation windows and pressure locks.

High-Capacity Air Handling: Equipped with two independent Make-Up Air Units and two Exhaust Air Units for precise environmental control.
Air Supply: Total flow of 40,000 m³/h via external rotor centrifugal fans (2x 7.5KW motors per unit).
Air Exhaust: Total flow of 4,000 m³/h via belt-driven centrifugal fans (2x 11KW motors).

Powerful Heating System: Two independent systems, each with a Riello RG5S diesel burner (260,000 KW max output) and a stainless-steel heat exchanger. Capable of raising the booth temperature from 0°C to 20°C for spraying and to 60°C for baking within 10-15 minutes. (Natural gas/electric/IR options available).
Optimal Working Environment & Safety
Excellent Illumination: Provides illumination ≥1000 Lux via a combination of 80 top-mounted and 88 waist-level 18W explosion-proof LED lamps.
