Heating System Efficiency Unlike traditional diesel burners, our Electric Heating system offers a cleaner, safer alternative. It heats up rapidly (reaching 60°C in ~10-15 minutes) and maintains a consistent temperature curve, essential for water-based and solvent-based paints.

Air Filtration Technology

  1. Primary Filter: Captures large granules >10μm.

  2. Ceiling Filter: High-efficiency CC-600G adhesive filter captures particles >5μm.

  3. Floor Filter: Fiberglass paint-stop filter ensures overspray is trapped.

  4. Exhaust Filter: Activated carbon helps reduce odors and VOC emissions (environmentally friendly).

Safety & Durability The cabin is built with flame-resistant EPS panels and a galvanized steel frame. The control panel features overload protection, phase-failure alarm, and an emergency stop button to ensure operator safety at all times.
