Industrial Solution for Commercial Fleets The CT-BUS-1500 is engineered for the heavy-duty sector. Painting a bus or a trailer requires a completely different airflow strategy than a car. This booth utilizes a "Split-Flow" design with two independent generator groups, ensuring that the air velocity remains constant (>0.35m/s) even at the far end of the booth.

Energy Saving "Zone" Technology Running a 15m booth is expensive if you are only painting a tractor head or a small van. Our control system allows you to split the booth operation. You can activate only the front 7m section of lights and fans, effectively turning this giant booth into a standard car booth to save electricity and fuel.

Structural Integrity

Columns: Square tube steel beams (100x100mm) reinforce the skeleton.
Roof: High-strength galvanized plates support the heavy plenum and filter sets.
Safety: The booth is equipped with explosion-relief vents and high-temperature limiters.

Q: Can I install this on a flat concrete floor? A: Yes, but standard large booths usually use a "Side Draft" or "Rear Draft" on a flat floor to avoid expensive basement construction. If you want "Down Draft" on a flat floor, we must supply a 400mm metal basement with heavy-duty drive-in ramps.

Q: How do painters reach the top of a bus? A: We strongly recommend adding our Pneumatic 3D Man Lift platforms. These travel along the side walls, allowing the painter to reach the roof safely without using ladders.

Q: Can you extend the length to 20 meters or 30 meters? A: Yes. We are the factory. We can modularly extend the booth. For every 7m added, we usually add another air generation group to maintain airflow.

Q: What is the warranty on the motors? A: We offer a 2-year warranty on the main intake and exhaust motors.
