• Moisture Drying Oven: High-velocity air circulation rapidly dries parts after washing, ensuring no moisture is trapped before coating.

• Robotic Powder Spray Booth: Featuring the Cyclone Recovery System. Automatic reciprocators (robots) apply an even static charge to the powder. Any overspray is instantly captured by the cyclone, sieved, and returned to the hopper for reuse—slashing material costs.

• Tunnel Curing Oven: The heart of the line. Our curing ovens utilize Gas, Diesel, or Infrared heating with precise temperature control (±5°C). The unique air-duct design ensures uniform heat distribution so every part cures perfectly, regardless of its position on the conveyor.
