Technical Overview: CoatTech provides fully integrated automatic powder coating lines designed for continuous operation. This turnkey solution automates the entire process: surface pre-treatment, moisture drying, electrostatic powder application, and final curing. The system focuses on high transfer efficiency, rapid color change capability via cyclone technology, and uniform temperature distribution in the curing ovens.
The 4-Stage Integrated Process & Features:
Stage 1: Automatic Pre-Treatment Tunnel:
Multi-stage spray washing system (e.g., Degreasing -> Rinse -> Phosphating/Silane -> DI Rinse).
Stainless steel (SUS304) spray nozzles and piping to resist chemical corrosion.
Stage 2: Moisture Drying Oven:
High-velocity air circulation oven (120°C–150°C) to ensure parts are completely dry before entering the powder booth.
Stage 3: Robotic Powder Spray Booth with Cyclone Recovery:
Booth Material: Engineered PVC or PP anti-static sandwich panels to prevent powder adhesion to walls.
Application: Automatic Reciprocators (robots) carrying high-voltage electrostatic spray guns for uniform coverage.
Recovery: A high-efficiency Mono-Cyclone separates 95%+ of overspray powder for immediate reuse. Fine dust not caught by the cyclone is captured by a secondary cartridge filter bank. Color changes can be achieved in <15 minutes.
Stage 4: Tunnel Curing Oven:
Heating: Indirect Gas/Diesel fired heat exchanger or direct Infrared catalytic panels.
Temperature Control: Maintains 180°C–220°C with a tolerance of ±5°C throughout the tunnel length to ensure consistent cross-linking of the powder.
