Technical Overview: The CT-RT Series is designed to solve the logistical challenge of moving heavy, oversized components (e.g., transformers, steel structures, ship parts) into a fixed paint booth. This system utilizes a reinforced scissor-structure framework that allows the entire booth to extend over the workpiece for painting and retract to approximately 20% of its length for storage and loading via overhead crane.

Key Engineering Features:

1. Synchronized Drive Mechanism:

   • The extension and retraction are powered by dual explosion-proof gear motors located on either side of the structure.

   • A synchronized chain-drive or steel cable system ensures both sides move at identical speeds to prevent jamming or twisting of the frame during operation.

2. Reinforced Structural Framework:

   • The scissor-action frame is constructed from high-strength galvanized square steel tubing, engineered to withstand industrial use and moderate wind loads in semi-outdoor environments.

3. Industrial Curtain Material:

   • The enclosure is formed by heavy-duty PVC coated fabric. The material is fire-retardant (B1 grade), anti-static, high-tensile strength, and resistant to common paint solvents.

4. Integrated Environmental Control:

   • Even though mobile, the booth includes a rear filter wall with fiberglass paint-stop media and a high-pressure centrifugal exhaust fan to maintain negative pressure and capture overspray.
