The core of the system is the automatic media recovery floor, which continuously recycles expensive abrasives (steel grit/shot), drastically reducing operational costs compared to open-air blasting.

1. Automatic Media Recovery Floor:

   • Mechanism: Utilizes a pneumatic scraper floor or mechanical screw conveyor system beneath grid flooring to automatically transport spent abrasive to an elevator.

   • Recycling: A bucket elevator lifts the media to an Air-Wash Separator, which removes dust and broken media, returning only clean, sized abrasive to the blast pot for reuse.

2. Cartridge Dust Collection:

   • Maintaining negative pressure and visibility is critical. A high-efficiency reverse-pulse cartridge dust collector removes airborne dust, ensuring emissions are <30mg/m³.

3. Heavy-Duty Protection:
