The CoatTech Full-Automatic Overhead Conveyor Line is a closed-loop system designed for high-volume manufacturing. This system integrates surface preparation, moisture drying, powder application, and high-temperature curing into a single continuous process. It eliminates manual handling, maximizes throughput, and ensures consistent coating quality for complex workpieces.

 

Core Features:

  • Continuous Production: The QXG-Series suspension chain conveyor runs continuously, allowing for seamless loading and unloading without stopping the line.

  • Intelligent Control: Operated via a central PLC touch screen (Siemens/Mitsubishi) with VFD speed control ($0-5$ m/min adjustable).

  • High-Efficiency Recovery: Equipped with a Mono-Cyclone + After-filter recovery system, achieving a powder recovery rate of 98%+ and enabling color changes in under 15 minutes.

  • Energy Efficiency: The curing tunnel utilizes a unique "air return" design and high-density rock wool insulation to minimize heat loss.
