For heavy-duty surface preparation, the CoatTech Hanger Shot Blasting Machine uses high-velocity steel shot to strip rust, mill scale, and old paint from workpieces. This mechanical cleaning process achieves an Sa2.5 surface profile, providing the perfect "anchor pattern" for heavy powder coating or liquid painting. Ideally suited for irregular or complex-shaped parts.
