Overview In cold climates or high-precision paint shops, drawing raw air from outside can ruin a paint job. The CoatTech Air Make-Up Unit (AMU) filters, heats, and pressurizes incoming fresh air before it enters your spray booth. This ensures a consistent spraying temperature year-round and maintains positive pressure to keep dust out.

  • Direct Fired Heating: 98% thermal efficiency gas burners heat the air instantly as it passes through the flame, providing massive heating capacity for winter months.

  • Positive Pressure Control: Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) automatically adjust fan speed to maintain correct cabin pressure.

  • Multi-Stage Filtration: Includes bag filters and panel filters to ensure air is 99% dust-free before entering the workspace.

  • Integration: Can be retrofitted to existing spray booths or installed as a standalone plant ventilation system.
