Q: Why do I need a specific booth for water-based paint? A: Water evaporates much slower than solvent. Without the extra airflow system in this booth, your drying cycles will be too long, creating a bottleneck in your shop.
Q: Can I use this booth for solvent-based paint too? A: Absolutely. You can simply turn off the auxiliary drying fans/nozzles. The booth performs exceptionally well for clear coats and solvent basecoats.
Q: What is the benefit of the Full Grating floor? A: Unlike "partial" grating, a full grating floor eliminates "dead zones" where air doesn't move. It guarantees that overspray is pulled down instantly from every angle of the car.
Q: Does this booth require a pit? A: No, it comes with a raised metal basement (350mm height) and ramps. However, if you prefer a flush floor, we can provide drawings for pit excavation.
