Overview:
 
For large industrial coating lines using solvent-based paints, environmental regulations often require destroying harmful VOC emissions before they reach the atmosphere. The CT-EcoBurn uses extremely high temperatures to incinerate solvent vapors, using ceramic media beds to recover heat and minimize fuel consumption.

Engineered for Modern Refinishing As environmental regulations shift towards water-based paints, your workshop needs equipment that can handle the change. The CT-WB-Pro is specifically engineered to solve the "slow drying" issue of waterborne paints.

The "Flash-Off" Advantage Standard booths rely on heat alone. This Premium model integrates a Wind Acceleration System (via ceiling nozzles or corner blowers). This creates turbulent airflow that breaks the boundary layer of moisture on the painted surface, reducing drying time by up to 50% compared to standard booths.

Premium Build Quality

  • Wider Cabin: We increased the width to 4 meters (vs. standard 3.9m) to give painters more room to move around larger SUVs and trucks.

  • Full Grating Floor: The entire floor is a metal grid, allowing for 100% downward airflow. This immediately pulls overspray away from the car, ensuring the cleanest possible finish.

  • VFD Control: The Variable Frequency Drive allows you to adjust fan speed and cabin pressure instantly, saving energy when full power isn't needed.
