Designed for medium-sized repairs, the CT-PL-2B series features two independently controlled cassettes yielding 2KW of power. Unique to this series is the Aluminium Alloy Column equipped with location holes, which provides superior durability and easier height fixation compared to standard stainless steel columns.

 

 

 PL-2B: Features a standard timer and independent On/Off switches.

Working Principle Summary

Upon activation, the burner generates intense fluorescent heat through a thermal energy converter, while a fan draws in and filters external air; this air is heated via energy exchange and directed to the top of the baking chamber for secondary filtration. Once the preset temperature is reached, the burner stops, and the fan shuts down after a 15-minute delay; the system reactivates automatically if the temperature falls below the threshold to maintain consistent heat. The entire process terminates automatically after the set baking duration, completing the paint finishing cycle.
