1. The Challenge (Problem)

Standard water curtain cabinets are designed for paint. However, woodworking glues (PVA, Contact Cement, PUR) are significantly more viscous and "tacky." Using a standard booth for glue leads to:

 

  • Rapid clogging of the water pump.

  • Glue buildup on the curtain plates that ruins the water film.

  • Difficult and costly maintenance.

2. Our Solution (Innovation)

We customized our flagship 3m x 3m Water Curtain Cabinet specifically for the woodworking industry. By upgrading the filtration architecture and increasing the pump torque, we created a system that "denatures" the glue particles before they can settle, keeping the air clean and the machine running 24/7.
