Elevating Production: Custom Automatic Powder Coating Solution for RFL, Bangladesh

Recently, our engineering team designed and deployed a highly optimized, fully automatic powder coating line for a major manufacturing project for the RFL group in Bangladesh.

2.⚙️ System Highlights & Engineering Rationality
The core of this custom design revolves around a highly efficient and continuous material flow, carefully engineered to reduce manual handling and increase daily output:
1.Optimized Overhead Conveyor Line: The yellow track system acts as the main artery of the plant. We designed the conveyor route to seamlessly connect the Loading Station, the automatic powder coating booth, the curing oven, and the Unloading/Cooling Zone. This continuous loop minimizes bottlenecks and ensures a steady production pace.
2.Enclosed Clean Room Environment: To guarantee a flawless finish, the primary coating area is enclosed in a transparent, dust-free cabin. This prevents external contaminants from affecting the powder adhesion.
3.Advanced Cyclone Recovery System: Positioned centrally, the high-efficiency cyclone separator and filter system capture oversprayed powder. This not only keeps the workspace clean but also recycles up to 98% of the powder, significantly reducing material costs for our clients.
4.Smart Layout & Ergonomics: As shown in the design, dedicated areas with pallets and hydraulic pallet trucks are strategically placed at the loading and unloading zones. This ergonomic layout reduces worker fatigue and speeds up the transfer of coated parts to the warehouse.
