The CoatTech Superbake Industrial Paint Booth (Model: KT-PQ-III-PLUS) is a premium, large-scale surface finishing solution engineered for high-capacity industrial applications. With an expansive internal dimension of 8000 × 5000 × 4500 mm, this booth is purpose-built to accommodate heavy-duty commercial vehicles, large aerospace components, and oversized industrial machinery.

Designed to meet the stringent safety and environmental standards of global markets (including the Middle East and Europe), the KT-PQ-III-PLUS integrates IP65 explosion-proof lighting, a high-efficiency 4-stage filtration system, and a customizable HVAC unit. Whether you require a high-performance Riello diesel burner or a robust electric heating system, this booth delivers rapid curing times and flawless finishes.

Maximum Safety (Explosion-Proof Design): Equipped with dedicated IP65 explosion-proof LED light boxes and double-layer sealing gaskets, ensuring compliance in high-risk industrial environments.

Rapid Thermal Curing: Achieve baking temperatures (20℃ to 60℃) in just 10-15 minutes. Choose between the industry-leading Riello G20 Diesel Burner (with a 200KW 304 stainless steel heat exchanger) or a 72KW Stainless Steel Electric Heating system.

Intelligent Airflow Management: Powered by dual 7.5KW external rotor centrifugal intake fans and an 11KW exhaust fan, generating a massive 40,000 m³/h airflow. Features precision Belimo electric dampers for seamless transition between spraying and baking modes.

Heavy-Duty Structural Integrity: Constructed with 70mm high-strength EPS insulated wall panels and a reinforced front door frame (4400 × 4400 mm) capable of handling continuous, heavy-industrial use.
