Below illustrates our integrated automatic spray booth and curing oven system – a complete painting solution engineered for high-yield, dust-free production. The system is divided into three core functional zones, each working in harmony to deliver flawless coating results.
Centralized Air Supply System (Clean Air Preparation)
A pristine painting environment starts with clean air. Our air supply unit pre-conditions incoming air through a 5-stage progressive filtration process, ensuring Class 100,000 cleanroom standards at the spray booth.
| Stage | Section Name | Function | Key Component |
| 1 | Air Inlet Section | Draws in fresh ambient air | Weather-proof louver |
| 2 | Wet Curtain Section | Washes out large particles and dust | Water curtain plate |
| 3 | Water Baffle Section | Removes water mist from the airstream | Zig-zag baffle eliminator |
| 4 | Mixing Section | Balances air temperature and humidity | Mixing chamber |
| 5a | Primary Filter Section | Captures coarse particles | G4 panel pre-filter |
| 5b | Medium Efficiency Filter (F6) | Captures fine particles | F6 bag filter |
| 5c | Medium Efficiency Filter (F9) | Captures sub-micron particles | F9 bag filter (optional upgrade) |
| 6 | Fan Section | Propels conditioned air into the booth | Centrifugal supply fan |
Automatic Spray Booth (Paint Application & Mist Capture)
This is the heart of your painting line. The booth integrates water-curtain technology with a robust exhaust system to capture overspray efficiently, protecting both operator health and product finish.
Key Features of the Spray Booth:
1.Air Supply Ceiling / Plenum: Delivers filtered air evenly across the spray zone, creating a consistent downward airflow that carries overspray away from the workpiece.
2.Front & Side Water Curtains: Continuously flowing water creates a "curtain" that captures and washes down paint overspray, preventing it from sticking to the booth walls or re-depositing on parts.
3.Automatic Spray Guns: Mounted on our 3/5/6-axis reciprocating machines or spray robots, these guns deliver precise, consistent coating with minimal waste.
4.Rotation Mechanism: Allows fixtures to spin or index during painting, ensuring 360-degree coverage on complex parts.
5.Slag Collection Tank / Sludge Tank: Collects the paint sludge from the water curtain, making waste disposal clean and straightforward.
6.Exhaust Hood: Ducts the solvent-laden air directly to the VOCs treatment system (activated carbon adsorber).
Curing Oven & Leveling/Cooling Integration (Drying & Curing)
After painting, the parts enter the curing oven for final drying. Our oven design focuses on thermal efficiency and temperature uniformity to prevent defects.
Oven System Highlights:
1.Centralized Heating Supply Air Duct: Hot air is generated by electric heating or a burner and distributed evenly through a central duct.
2.Bottom Return Air Duct: Ensures efficient circulation of hot air within the oven, maintaining ±5°C temperature uniformity to eliminate under-cured or over-cured spots.
3.Curing Oven Body: Built with high-density rock wool insulation panels to minimize heat loss and reduce operating costs.
4.Thermal Break / Air Curtain: Installed at the oven entrance and exit to prevent heat from escaping and hot air from flowing into the adjacent leveling/cooling zone.
5.Leveling and Cooling Section: Located before the oven (leveling) and after the oven (cooling). The leveling zone allows paint to self-smooth; the cooling zone uses ambient air to bring parts down to handling temperature.
Why Choose This Integrated Design?
| Benefit | How Our System Delivers |
| Higher Quality | 5-stage filtration (F6/F9) + positive pressure design = dust-free finish |
| Lower Operating Cost | Thermal break + high-insulation oven panels + energy-efficient fans save electricity |
| Easier Maintenance | Modular bag filters and accessible sludge tank simplify cleaning |
| Compliance Ready | Exhaust hood directly integrates with our VOC activated carbon treatment system |
| Flexibility | Works with reciprocating machines or robots; supports 1-coat-1-bake or 3-coat-3-bake processes |
