Project Overview: Custom-Engineered Enclosure
Facing the challenge of integrating a high-performance painting system within an existing facility, our team collaborated closely with the client to develop a 31m x 13m x 7m fully enclosed painting environment.
Key Technical Achievements
1.Optimal Resource Utilization: Leveraging existing facility infrastructure, we designed the enclosure to utilize the site's original building walls on three sides, significantly reducing construction costs without compromising structural integrity.
2.Strategic Ventilation & VOC Management: The booth features a dual-tier system: a primary high-capacity exhaust and filtration system located in the Zone P (Flood Painting) area, complemented by auxiliary exhaust systems across the enclosed zones to ensure 100% compliant VOC extraction.
3.Precision Structural Integration: Our team utilized a custom two-section wall panel design with on-site cutouts to navigate complex overhead obstructions and existing firefighting pipelines at the 6m level.
4.Optimized Material Handling: Designed to accommodate heavy-duty overhead crane transport, the booth features double-ended entry/exit access points to facilitate a seamless, high-throughput transformer painting workflow.
