Equipped with industry-leading Riello G20 heating technology and a high-efficiency dual turbo-fan system generating 25,000 m³/h of airflow, the KT-JQ-I guarantees rapid curing times and exceptional overspray clearance. Its robust 50mm EPS insulated wall panels ensure thermal efficiency and operational durability, making it an ideal investment for manufacturing facilities operating in demanding climates.

Key Performance Features:

1.Rapid Heating & Curing: Features a 304 stainless steel heat exchange furnace powered by a Riello G20 oil burner, capable of raising the baking temperature from 20℃ to 50℃ in just 10–15 minutes.

2.High-Capacity Airflow System: Dual 7.5KW single-inlet turbo fans (intake and exhaust) ensure a constant 0.35 m/s empty-load wind speed to instantly clear paint mist.

3.4-Stage Advanced Filtration: Includes G3 primary filters, F5 sub-high efficiency 3D viscose filters, dedicated paint mist collectors, and activated carbon bags to efficiently adsorb benzene and xylene.

4.Maximum Safety & Visibility: IP54 explosion-proof LED lighting delivering ≥850 LUX, combined with tempered glass observation windows and an automatic pressure relief lock on the personnel door.
