1. System Architecture & Equipment Configuration


To achieve optimal corrosion resistance and uniform coating thickness, our engineering design features a modular layout equipped with heavy-duty industrial machinery:



1. Sandblasting System: Equipped with a high-performance sandblasting descaling machine and a cartridge dust filtration system to ensure ideal surface roughness (Sa 2.5) for superior coating adhesion.


2.Pretreatment Stations: Dedicated immersion/spray degreasing and multi-stage water washing stations to thoroughly eliminate oil, grease, and chemical residues from internal lumens.


3. Drying & Thermal Stations: Hot air drying units for moisture elimination, followed by dual specialized drying rooms operating at 180°C for high-temperature paint curing.


4.Coating & Sealing Zone: Precision painting stations featuring a spray booth sealing unit that creates a controlled negative pressure zone to prevent paint overspray and environmental leakage.


5.Material Handling: 6 heavy-duty transfer trolleys and 8 mobile transport carts operating on floor-guided positioning slots for seamless batch transitions.


6. Environmental Protection: Integrated activated carbon adsorption system designed for efficient exhaust air treatment and volatile organic compound (VOC) filtration during painting and thermal baking.

2. Complete Operational Workflow


The systematic workflow is meticulously sequenced to eliminate bottlenecks and guarantee inspection-ready inner wall quality:


1. Manual Loading: Drill pipes are loaded onto movable trolleys (4 pipes per trolley, laid flat).

2. Surface Preparation: Transferred to sandblasting machines for interior rust and scale remova.

3. Chemical Pretreatment: Advanced spray degreasing followed by dual-stage water rinsing.

4. Moisture Removal: Hot air drying station removes residual water to prevent flash rusting.

5. Internal Painting: High-performance painting applies heavy coatings (≥150μm) inside the negative-pressure booth.
