Main Door	Opening size: 4000 × 3900 mm (W × H). Sheet metal folding door, square tube frame, internal EPS core material. Door leaf includes tempered glass observation windows. High overall strength, easy opening and closing.
Service Door	Size: 800 × 2000 mm (W × H). One (1) piece, located at the front right side. Installed with an automatic pressure relief lock and a tempered glass observation window.
Wall Panels	Assembled with high-strength thermal insulation EPS wall panels. Effective width 1150mm, total thickness 70mm. Internal and external 0.6mm thick white color steel base plates, filled with EPS core material.
Roof Panels	Assembled with high-strength thermal insulation EPS wall panels. Effective width 1150mm, total thickness 50mm. Internal and external 0.6mm thick white color steel base plates, filled with EPS core material.

4. Safety Protocols & Special Instructions

● All entrance and exit doors are equipped with limit switches; the air supply pipeline is automatically cut off when doors open.

● The main power is automatically cut off in the event of a fan failure.

● During spray booth operation, intake and exhaust fans start 1 minute in advance before the air supply duct control valve opens.

● Upon completion of the painting process, the intake and exhaust fans delay shutdown for 10 minutes to ensure full evacuation of particles.

● System is fully equipped with a sound and light alarm system.

5. Included Documents & Warranty Info

● Accompanying Documents: Maintenance manual, circuit diagrams, certificate of conformity, packing list, and the attached equipment 3-view drawings.

● Warranty: The equipment warranty period is 2 year. The supplier provides free service for quality issues within the warranty period; paid service is provided after the warranty expires. Note: Consumables (lighting tubes, filter cotton) and human-induced damage are not covered by the warranty.
