When we designed this specific batch-type powder coating line for air conditioner enclosures, our primary headache wasn’t just hitting the 200°C curing mark—it was figuring out how to stop water drag-out between the 4-stage silane tanks and the moisture-drying oven. If you've ever dealt with flash-rust on heavy steel frames (up to 300kg with dual hangers), 


you know standard catalog specs don't cut it. We ended up combining an overhead monorail loop with ground transport carts so workers aren't breaking their backs moving 3.8-meter panels.

Below is the exact engineering breakdown of the setup we build and ship out in standard 40HQ containers—no fluff, just raw technical parameters and real fabrication specs
