When a valued partner in Russia came to us with a familiar challenge — how to paint long, heavy industrial components flawlessly and reliably in a cold climate — our engineering team knew a standard booth would not do. The result is the CoatTech PST-700: a 6.9-metre, heavy-duty spray and bake enclosure that delivers consistent, dust-free finishes on everything from commercial vehicle bodies to machinery and structural steel.

02  Why the PST-700 Stands Out

Extended 6.9 m Work Envelope  — ideal for long workpieces that simply do not fit in a standard 4 m booth, such as truck cabins, trailers, frames and fabricated assemblies.

Side-Wall Exhaust, Ground-Mounted  — no floor pit required. Simpler site preparation, lower installation cost, and easy relocation if your layout changes.

Balanced 24,000 m³/h Airflow  — twin supply and exhaust fans deliver uniform cross-flow, locking in a steady ≥0.25 m/s air speed across the full floor area.

Riello Diesel Burner (202 kW)  — rapid, stable heating from spray (20–22 °C) to bake (50–80 °C), even when the workshop outside is well below zero.

Four-Stage Dry Filtration  — G3 intake, F5 ceiling, glass-fibre floor and activated carbon, for cleaner air, safer operators and a cleaner finish.

CE-Certified, 380V/3Ph/50Hz  — voltage and phase can be adapted on request to match your local supply.

Unit Price (FOB Guangzhou): $8,900 USD  — per set, packed for 1×40ft container by sea.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1 Set.

Container Loading: Multiple units per 40ft container — combine with other CoatTech models to dramatically optimise your international freight.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit by T/T, balance before loading.

Delivery: 25 days after receipt of deposit. Supply capacity 30 sets / month.

Customisation: Dimensions, door size, heating type and filtration can be tailored to your specification.
