Unlike standard dry-filter booths, our system utilizes a continuous laminar flow of water to capture up to 98% of paint overspray. This ensures a dust-free environment, prevents filter clogging during high-volume production, and ensures your facility meets strict air emission standards.

 

Working Principle:

 

  1. Capture: A dedicated water pump creates a continuous, smooth curtain of water across the stainless steel back panel.

  2. Filtration: As the operator sprays, the exhaust fan pulls overspray into the water curtain. The paint particles bond with the water and are washed down into the collection tank.

  3. Purification: Inside the chamber, a secondary "hydro-whirl" washing system further separates paint mist from the air before it is exhausted, ensuring only clean air leaves the factory.
