Technical Overview: The CT-D Series is a modular, open-front spraying cabinet designed for industrial applications where water filtration is impractical. It utilizes a Dual-Stage Dry Filtration Matrix to capture high volumes of paint overspray while maintaining consistent airflow. The system is engineered to protect the operator's breathing zone and ensure exhausted air meets environmental particulate standards.

Key Engineering Features:

1. Dual-Stage Filtration Mechanics:

   • Stage 1 (Inertia Separation): The primary filter bank uses V-shaped folded cardboard filters (often called "Andreae" style). The airflow is forced to change direction rapidly; heavier paint particles cannot make the turn and become trapped in the deep pockets. This stage handles the bulk of the loading (up to 15kg holding capacity per m²).

   • Stage 2 (Capture): A secondary layer of high-density fiberglass "paint stop" media ensures capture of finer mists that pass the first stage, protecting the exhaust fan blades from buildup.

2. Explosion-Proof Air Handling:

   • To prevent ignition of flammable solvent vapors, the system uses Belt-Driven Axial Fans where the electric motor is mounted outside the airstream. Alternatively, internal Ex-Proof Rated Motors (Zone 1/2) are used.

3. Modular Structural Design:

   • Constructed from 1.2mm galvanized steel panels with a powder-coated finish. The modular panel design allows for customized widths ranging from 2 meters up to 6+ meters to accommodate varying workpiece sizes.

4. Integrated Lighting:

   • Explosion-proof LED light fixtures are integrated into the top canopy ceiling, providing ≥800 Lux directly onto the work area without creating shadows.
