Technical Overview: The CT-WC Series utilizes the principle of water-washing to capture paint overspray. It is the preferred solution for high-production environments or applications using sticky coatings (like high-gloss PU/PE furniture paint) that quickly clog dry filters. A continuous laminar flow of water flows down a stainless steel curtain wall, capturing airborne paint particles and washing them into a collection tank.

Key Engineering Features:

1. Stainless Steel Water Curtain Plate:

   • The crucial curtain wall is fabricated strictly from SUS304 Stainless Steel. This ensures a perfectly smooth surface for an unbroken water film and prevents corrosion that would disrupt water flow and reduce capture efficiency.

2. High-Volume Circulation System:

   • Utilizes high-flow vertical centrifugal pumps designed specifically for water-borne paint sludge. Large-diameter piping and an optimized manifold ensure continuous, even water distribution across the entire curtain width without clogging.

3. Secondary Hydro-Whirl Scrubbing:

   • Behind the visible curtain, the exhaust air is pulled through a secondary chamber containing high-pressure water spray nozzles and baffles. This "hydro-whirl" action scrubs remaining fine paint mist from the air before it reaches the exhaust fan.

4. Filtration Efficiency:

   • Achieves ≥98% capture efficiency for solid paint particles, significantly reducing environmental discharge loads.
