Ideal for the furniture and woodworking industries, the CoatTech Water Curtain Booth utilizes a continuous flow of water to capture sticky paint overspray. This wet filtration method is superior for high-viscosity paints (PU/PE/NC) and high-gloss finishes, as it effectively removes paint mist from the air before it reaches the fan.

Core Features:

Dual Filtration: First stage water curtain captures majority of paint; second stage internal spray nozzles wash the air; optional third stage dry filter ensures environmental compliance.
Corrosion Resistance: The water curtain plate and tank are fabricated from high-grade 304 Stainless Steel to prevent rust and ensure a smooth water film.
Easy Maintenance: Designed with a hinge-access rear door for easy cleaning of the water tank and removal of paint sludge.
Explosion Proof: Fan motors and lighting are EX-rated for safety with volatile solvents.
