304 Stainless Steel Water Curtain Spray Painting Booth with Dual Filtration System

Overview Designed specifically for high-gloss applications in the woodworking and furniture industries, the CoatTech Water Curtain Booth offers superior overspray capture. A continuous wall of water captures sticky paint particles instantly, preventing them from bouncing back onto the workpiece. This wet filtration method is highly effective for high-viscosity paints (PU/PE/NC) and ensures a cleaner working environment.

  • Dual-Stage Filtration: The primary water curtain captures the majority of paint, while secondary internal spray nozzles wash the air before it is exhausted.

  • Corrosion Resistance: The curtain plate and water tank are fabricated from high-grade 304 Stainless Steel to prevent rust and ensure a smooth, unbroken water film.

  • Easy Maintenance: Designed with a hinge-access rear door, allowing for easy cleaning of the water tank and removal of paint sludge.

  • Explosion Proof Safety: All fan motors and lighting fixtures are EX-rated, ensuring safety when working with volatile solvents and fumes.
