3 m Paint Mixing & Spray Workbench with 200 mm Turntable, LED Lighting and Integrated Sink — SUS304
01 Paint Mixing & Spray Wokbench
![]()
A paint mixing and spray workbench is a bench-level workstation that combines colour mixing, sample spraying and tool cleaning in one stainless steel unit, so that preparation work happens at the bench instead of being scattered across the workshop. CoatTech's 3-metre workbench is built for paint shops, furniture and woodworking lines, automotive refinishing bays and industrial coating plants that need a clean, extractable preparation position.
THREE ZONES, ONE BENCH — THE WHOLE PREPARATION JOB IN PLACE
The 3000 mm counter is divided into three working zones, laid out in the order an operator actually works:
Mixing zone (left) — flat stainless steel counter under recessed LED lighting, with sliding-door storage below for tins, thinners and consumables.
Spray zone (centre) — a 200 mm turntable set into the counter, a spray gun hanging panel and quick-release air connectors on the back panel, with extraction behind the work face.
Cleaning zone (right) — an integral stainless steel sink with tap, so guns, cups and tools are cleaned where they were used rather than carried across the shop.
Keeping all three on one bench is the point. Operators stop walking between separate mixing tables, spray positions and sinks, and overspray stays inside one extractable area instead of following them across the floor.
02 Spraying Area
BUILT AROUND HOW SAMPLES ARE ACTUALLY SPRAYED
The 200 mm turntable lets the operator rotate the sample by hand instead of walking around it, which is what gives an even coat on small parts without repositioning.
Spray guns hang on a dedicated panel with quick-release air connectors within reach, so tools are stored upright and ready rather than laid on the bench.
Recessed LED lighting sits under the upper structure, lighting the work face directly. Colour matching and sample approval depend on seeing the surface accurately, and bench-top shadow is the usual reason a mixed colour is approved and then rejected on the line.
VENTILATION WHERE OVERSPRAY IS GENERATED
An extraction outlet with a paint mist filter sits behind the spray zone, drawing overspray away from the operator's breathing position at the point it is created, rather than letting it disperse into the workshop.
CLEANING WITHOUT LEAVING THE BENCH
The integral stainless steel sink with tap means guns, cups, stirrers and measuring cups are cleaned immediately after use. Dried paint in a gun is one of the most common causes of a poor finish on the next job.

03 Material and Safety
Counter, sink and cabinet are fabricated in stainless steel — resistant to solvents and thinners, and wiped clean rather than absorbing paint.
Electrical control is via a triple waterproof switch, appropriate for a position where water, solvent and paint are all present.
The unit stands on adjustable feet — height 100 mm, Ø40 mm — so the bench can be levelled on an uneven workshop floor.
Sliding-door storage under the counter keeps tins, thinners and consumables contained and out of the spray path, with internal partitions separating them.
ENGINEERING DRAWINGS SUPPLIED WITH EVERY UNIT
This workbench is supplied with a full set of engineering drawings — front, side and plan views, section detail and an isometric view, with dimensions and component callouts. Customers receive the drawings before manufacture, so the layout can be checked against their own process and floor plan rather than discovered on delivery.

05 FAQ
Q: What is a paint mixing and spray workbench?
A: It is a bench-level workstation that combines colour mixing, sample spraying and tool cleaning in one stainless steel unit with local extraction, so preparation work happens at a single position instead of being spread across the workshop.
Q: Why put a turntable in the spray zone?
A: A 200 mm turntable lets the operator rotate a sample by hand instead of walking around it, giving a more even coat on small parts without repositioning or handling the wet surface.
Q: Why is extraction placed behind the work face?
A: Overspray is generated at the work face. Drawing it away there, through a paint mist filter, keeps it out of the operator's breathing position and stops it dispersing into the workshop.
Q: Can the bench be levelled on an uneven floor?
A: Yes. It stands on adjustable feet, 100 mm high and Ø40 mm, so the counter can be levelled after positioning.
Q: Are engineering drawings provided?
A: Yes. Front, side and plan views, a section detail and an isometric view with dimensions and component callouts are supplied, so the layout can be checked against your own process before manufacture.
Q: Can the layout be changed?
A: Yes. Overall length, the division between mixing, spray and cleaning zones, turntable diameter and extraction capacity are all engineered to order rather than taken from a fixed catalogue.
