The CoatTech Retractable Booth is the ultimate space-saving solution for large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped workpieces. Designed with a mobile frame and PVC curtains, the booth extends to enclose the product for painting and retracts to 20% of its length when not in use, allowing overhead cranes to transport heavy loads directly into the work area.

Overview

The CoatTech Retractable Booth is a flexible, space-saving solution designed for large-scale industrial painting. Unlike fixed booths, this telescopic structure retracts to just 20% of its length when not in use. This unique design allows overhead cranes to place heavy loads (10+ tons) directly into the workspace, solving the logistical challenges of moving massive components like steel beams or heavy machinery.

Mobile Telescopic Design: Double-drive explosion-proof motors move the heavy-duty frame smoothly along ground tracks.
Crane Accessibility: Eliminates the need for difficult forklifting; simply retract the booth, crane the part in, and extend the booth around it.
Operational Safety: Standard features include travel limit switches, audible motion alarms, and emergency stops to ensure operator safety during movement.
Flexible Exhaust Options: Compatible with Dry Filter Walls for standard paint or Water Curtain Boxes for high-volume production.
