Overview

 

The CT-TeleFlex is the ultimate solution for facilities with limited floor space or overhead crane access requirements. Designed for coating massive workpieces like marine engines, transformers, or heavy machinery, this booth extends when needed for spraying and retracts to a fraction of its size when idle, freeing up valuable shop floor space. It utilizes a mobile exhaust plenum.

  • Mobile "Accordion" Design: Double-drive explosion-proof motors move the frame smoothly along ground tracks.

  • Crane Accessibility: Solves the logistical nightmare of moving heavy items (10+ tons) into a closed room.

  • Safety Interlocks: Equipped with travel limit switches, audible motion alarms, and emergency stops to protect operators.

  • Versatile Filtration: Can be paired with Dry Filter Walls (for standard paint) or Water Curtain Boxes (for high volume).
